Is this free to attend?
Yes. Attending as a live audience member is free.
Will I be on camera?
No. Audience members keep their cameras off. This is about witnessing the coaching, not being on display.
Can I ask questions during the session?
Audience participation is rare and only at the host's invitation. The focus stays on the guest being coached.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The show is recorded and may be released as an episode. Audience members are not recorded.
How long is each session?
